Monday through Friday: 8 AM to 6 PM
Evening hours may be available by special appointment
Telephone hours:  9 AM to 5:30 PM

Insurance:

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time. 

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of your appointment or you will charged a late cancellation fee of $100.00.

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified ACE at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you will be assessed a missed appointment fee of $100.00

Insurances cannot be billed for missed or late cancellation appointments. This fee must be paid on or before your next scheduled appointment.
